Hands down, and I mean HANDS DOWN, one of the best businesses I've ever worked with. And not just Auto Repair shops but I'm talking about any business. I've never gone here but saw high reviews so I went to get my van repaired and, unfortunately, it turned out that I needed a head gasket replacement. When I talked to the owner (Joe) about what options I had, it didn't feel like he was trying to get me to replace it because he wanted to get paid. He spent time on the phone with me to talk to me about options and gave me his recommendation. I trusted him at the time (and still do). I got it repaired through this company and I had a few hiccups after I got the car back (at no fault of their own but instead the manufacturer). Joe continued to help me in so many ways, I can't even begin to start. He's truly a genuine man, and his wife is a beautiful soul, who both really just want to help and fix your car in an honest way. My loyalty will be to them and I've single handedly decided that they can never retire. As an added bonus, they have a sweetheart of a dog.
